1. Our position on tracking

This site uses strictly necessary cookies only. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not use behavioral analytics. We do not deploy fingerprinting techniques.

2. What we set

The following first-party cookies may be set when you visit this site. None of them are used for advertising or behavioral profiling.

NamePurposeTypeLifetime
localePersists your selected locale (en-US, ar-SA, fa-IR, etc.) across visits.Strictly necessary1 year
sessionMaintains your session if you authenticate to a customer demo environment.Strictly necessarySession
csrfCross-site request forgery protection for the contact form.Strictly necessarySession

3. What we do not set

We do not set Google Analytics, Hotjar, FullStory, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any equivalent analytics cookie. We do not set Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, or any equivalent advertising cookie. We do not embed third-party fonts that fingerprint visitors.

4. Server logs

Independent of cookies, our hosting provider records your IP address, the URL requested, the referrer, and the user-agent for each request. These logs are retained for ninety days for security and operational reliability and are not used for marketing or analytics.

5. Browser controls

You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Most browsers also support a “Do Not Track” header; we honor it where technically meaningful, even though it has no broad legal effect today. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the locale switcher and the contact form from working correctly.

6. Changes

We may update this notice if our practices change. We do not anticipate adding analytics or advertising cookies; if that ever changes, this page will be updated and the effective date at the top will reflect the change. We will not retroactively apply changes — cookies set before a change continue to be governed by the practices in effect at the time they were set.
