Are these prices final?
No. The figures above are indicative for North America / GCC at typical advisor seat counts. Sovereign deployments, unusual jurisdictions, and very large institutions price differently. We provide a fixed quote after the discovery workshop.
What's included in the implementation cost?

How do you charge for sovereign deployments?
Sovereign deployments (KSA, Iran, government) are priced as a one-time license + annual support. The customer operates the cluster; we provide releases, signed images, SBOMs, and a dedicated escalation engineer.
Can we add modules later?
Yes. Modules are independently versioned. You can start with onboarding + portfolio + audit and add trading, AI, and compliance later — without redeploying anything else.
Do you offer annual or multi-year discounts?
Yes. Annual prepay reduces subscription by ~10%; three-year commitment by ~20%. Sovereign deployments are typically multi-year by structure.
How is AI usage metered?
Per LangFuse trace, captured per request from LiteLLM. Per-tenant daily and monthly caps are enforced in Redis. When the cap is hit, AI requests degrade gracefully — cached briefings continue to serve, new generation pauses, and the next day resumes.
What if we need a Rego policy you don't ship?
Custom policies are first-class. Compliance officers write them in the Monaco-based Rego editor, run tests, and deploy to OPA via the standard CI flow. We help with templates and review.
