By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may revise these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
2. Permitted use
You may view and download materials from this site for non-commercial reference and for the purpose of evaluating Modir Wealth OS. You may not (a) use any automated system to systematically extract data, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the site’s underlying systems, (c) interfere with the site’s operation, or (d) use the site in any way that would violate applicable law.
3. Intellectual property
The site, its design, the Modir and Modir Wealth OS marks, and all content other than third-party components clearly attributed are owned by Modir or its licensors. The Modir and Modir Wealth OS names and logos are trademarks of Modir. You may not use them without prior written permission.
4. Third-party content
Customer “logos” displayed on this site are placeholder marks clearly labeled as illustrative. They are not real customer endorsements unless explicitly stated as such in a published case study with a named source. Open-source components used in the platform are listed at wealthos.modir.org/open-source (placeholder URL) under their respective licenses.
5. Forward-looking statements
Some content on this site describes capabilities or roadmap items in development. Forward-looking statements are not guarantees. Final capabilities depend on engineering progress, customer requirements, and regulatory developments. Treat any specific number, deadline, or feature commitment as illustrative unless explicitly committed to in a signed agreement.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Modir does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modir will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site, in any form of action, is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modir and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of (a) your breach of these terms, (b) your violation of any applicable law, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.
9. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy notice, which is incorporated by reference.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Riyadh under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.
11. Sanctions and export control
Use of this site, and any communications you initiate through it, must comply with applicable sanctions and export-control laws including those of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. You represent that you are not on any prohibited-party list and that you will not use the site or our materials in violation of those laws.
12. Specific jurisdictions
European Union / United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law (where applicable). The choice-of-law clause in section 10 does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
United States. If you reside in the United States, the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act applies to unauthorized access. California residents are referred to California Civil Code section 1789.3.
13. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Failure by Modir to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Notices to Modir must be sent to legal@modir.org with a copy to our Riyadh headquarters address: Modir, Tower 4, KAFD, Riyadh 13519, Saudi Arabia. Notices we send to you will go to the email address you provided through the site.
15. Entire agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Modir regarding your use of this site, superseding any prior or contemporaneous communications. Your use of Modir Wealth OS as a customer is governed by your separately signed Master Services Agreement; nothing on this site modifies that agreement.
